Well these color codes ALL have continued resrticitons determined by Wolf and his cohorts. So he continues to hold his “knee on our necks” and control of how businesses and the public functions. ........and Wolf will continue to abuse his Emergency status for the state until he runs it out, regardless of the coronavirus data he likes to also control.
