Former vice president Joe Biden estimated Thursday that about “10 to 15 percent of the people out there” are “just not very good people” and accused President Trump of dividing the nation, adding that as president he would bring Americans together.
“The words a president says matter, so when a president stands up and divides people all the time, you’re going to get the worst of us to come out,” Biden said during a Young Americans discussion with a group of black supporters that was moderated by actor Don Cheadle.
“Do we really think this is as good as we can be as a nation? I don’t think the vast majority of people think that,” the presumptive Democratic nominee continued. “There are probably anywhere from 10 to 15 percent of the people out there that are just not very good people, but that’s not who we are. The vast majority of the people are decent, and we have to appeal to that and we have to unite people — bring them together.”
The former vice president’s remarks evoked memories of Hillary Clinton’s claim during the 2016 campaign season that half of Trump supporters could be put in a “basket of deplorables,” a comment that provoked outrage from Trump, his supporters, and other Republicans. In 2012, leaked video of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney showed him saying that 47 percent of voters would not vote for him because they are “dependent upon government.”
Biden’s comments come as the nation is rocked by protests and riots in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man who died in police custody after white Minneapolis police office Derek Chauvin knelt on his neck for several minutes.

I was thinking his Romney 47% moment, but I hope the Trump 2020 Campaign Team can define this before Biden can correct his mistake.

In this particular case, he was not as explicit as Hillary. Who are these 10 to 15 percent he is referring to? where do they live? What do they believe in?

Tell me how implying and overtly stating that white people should be ashamed and handing over everything is “unifying”.
I came across a moron on one of the news sites this morning, who was claiming their educational superiority because anyone who supports President Trump is “bad and uneducated.” So I told them that they were a racist and a bigot, because blacks, and people of all color support him. This dumb arse then came back with a totally unrelated answer, citing the low number of blacks that voted for Donald Trump in 2016. I pointed out that it doesn’t matter how many of them voted for him in 2016, that you are still a racist, because you’re saying that those specific folk are “bad and uneducated.” Not long after, I saw an article on The Liberty Daily, that Rasmussen has President Trump’s approval rating among blacks as 40+ percent. I couldn’t help myself, I had to go back and slap that on them, and I said: “Ohhh look! More black people for you to label as bad and uneducated.”

If you go by the 2016 election, according to Joe about 6-9% of African Americans aren’t even black.
If one listens to the apostle Paul, it would be self evident that None is righteous, no, not one. But Biden is not frequently given to quote scripture.
So the correct number is 100%
Well they aren't keeping them. Rasmussen has President Trump's approval rating among blacks at 40+ percent. Ouch!! That's gotta' hurt. And Al Sharpton is planning a civil rights march in Washington in August. August? Jeez, all he'll accomplish with that is a whole bunch of people dying, or getting sick from heat and sunstroke, especially those Antifa fools in their black outfits with backpacks and riot gear. Good!

OK, I’m sure St. Paul is not equating a habitual criminal who robs banks and deals drugs with a flawed individual like say, Donald Trump.
What I find amusing - where does he get that number? How do you count them, and by what standard?
Everyone knows that Americans are not 100% peachy. On my worst days, I’d say the percentage of bad Americans is much higher, and I’m probably thinking of a different set of people than Biden is. Of course, I am not trying to get elected, and no one cares what I think anyway, but Biden is in a different situation and might learn from this to be a little more disciplined.
And yet they accuse Trump of not trying to unify people. What a joke. Go read his election night speech. They threw it right back in his face and vowed to get him out of office before the end of his term. They never even wanted to be unified.
Unless it was behind their preferred candidate, of course.

LOL! I would have put the figure much higher than that, but I don't think I'd have the same people in mind that Biden did.
