An advisory board overseeing the T has agreed on an order not to allow buses to transport police to protests or protesters to police, officials said Thursday.
“Our concern is that there is a political fight going on in our country to eliminate racist practices, and we are not going to have the T used in any way, shape or form to inhibit people from expressing themselves,” board member Brian Lang told 7NEWS.

Wow, they’ve all but guaranteed that police will not respond or will be very slow in responding to any calls pertaining to city buses.
The Police in the riot zones need a total stand-down for 48 hours to hear what the media and politicians have to say.
I’m surprised that police forces in Democrat run states haven’t all gone on strike, given all the abuse they have been taking both from street criminals and Communists in their local governments.
I suspect that after two or three days with no police on duty anywhere in metropolitan Boston the MBTA board might have a change of heart about all this.

It’s almost like they are deliberately trying to outdo each other in saying and doing crazy things.

Some other liberal city tomorrow: Oh, yeah? Well, we’re going to use our buses to block police parking lots.
Six months ago that would have been bad satire. But now it’s a reasonable prediction.
The MBTA can barely deliver passengers on a normal day. The buses are filthy, run down and need maintenance.

This is pure virtual signaling by the Democrat hacks on the board. The Boston Police never use public transportation. It would be suicide, because you can't trust the trains to run. The police have adequate cars. If they need busses, they can rent them from private enterprises.
Hope the police “slow roll” calls for help, esp. in liberal/leftist areas. A few dead or cripples reds and their dupes might change a few minds.
The innocent victims of criminals know that they need the police, and if they don’t get their help (in time or at all), then remind them what their Marxist/Democrat police-haters have done, and do it in November.

I do not think that cops travel by city bus.
This could be political cover for a policy not to transport anarchists into battle. But I doubt that a bus driver wants to enforce this rule against a gang of psycho Antifa members.
I believe this refers to bussing cops between a staging area, and a deployment area. That probably happens by bus. You don’t want them driving their POVs or squad cars into the riot zone, parking them, trying to assemble, then leaving the vehicles behind.
