Zpak might or might not be necessary in a prophylactic regimen but Dr. Zelenko includes it. He has a prphylactic regimen I posted previously but would need to find it. He discusses it in one of his interviews with Rabbi Katzin.
Also need ECG on Day zero and Day two, to check for arrhythmia or other adverse heart effects. Stop immediately if any signs appear.

It’s very good for healthy people that develop COVID-19 and can’t breathe and are rushed to the hospital, admitted and treated right away.
Patients that are hospitalized with other severe illnesses won’t be miraculously cured because they are so sick from other things and are expected to die from those other things, called comorbidities.

Without plenty of zinc it may even be harmful. It transports zinc into the cells so they can fight off virus.

An "EX" is a has-been, and a "SPURT" is a Drip under pressure.
They just admitted they didn’t add zinc so why should I listen. You have to give it to patients not on a respirator or close to death and you have to use zinc. Why is this so hard to understand?
It’s intended as an early treatment or preventive, and we’ve always known it doesn’t do any good after the virus has progressed beyond minor symptoms. SHeesh. Use a drug the opposite of how it’s intended and it doesn’t do anything. Surprise, surprise.
