Well, that's not exactly true ... both Pelosi and Schumer, through their persistent and enthusiastic support of abortion which has killed millions of "black" babies, have helped keep the "black" population down in America.
I look at san fransisco and NY ghettos- and can’t seem to come up with much that they have done for minorities- other than refuse to go after those who are criminals for committing crimes - making it easier for them to commit crimes and get away with it-
