A St. Paul man has been charged in connection to the arson at the Minneapolis Police Department's Third Precinct.
Monday, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced it charged 23-year-old Branden Michael Wolfe with aiding and abetting arson.
The Minneapolis Police Department's Third Precinct was caught on fire on May 28 following rioting that occurred after the death of George Floyd, a black man who died while in the custody of the Minneapolis Police Department.
According to a criminal complaint, police were called on June 3 to the Menards in St. Paul after they received a report that a person with police equipment was trying to get into the store. The person was later identified as Wolfe.
The complaint says Wolfe was a security guard at the store but was fired following social media posts that referred to stealing items from the precinct. When officers arrested Wolfe, he was wearing body armor and had a police duty belt with handcuffs, an earphone piece, a baton and knife.
When officers searched his home, they located a riot helmet, a 9mm pistol magazine, a police radio and an overdose kit.
The complaint says while in an interview with police, Wolfe admitted to being in the precinct. He told officers while in the third precinct, he pushed a wooden barrel into a fire, knowing it would help the fire continue to burn.
So they arrested the one white guy who was there.

Antifa Terrorist.
Just for old times’ sake before they’re disbanded.
Just heard Mark Steyn subbing for Rush. A lawyer caller explained to him that a municipality without a police department is subject to the jurisdiction of the County Sheriff’s Department and State Troopers, and the mayor has nothing to say about it, and the Governor has nothing to say about what the Sheriff’s Department does, although he does control the State Troopers.
So they’re voting for anarchy and instead lose their sovereignty.
No. White Supremacist./sarc
Iceberg/Goldberg, what diffewence!
What is even better is when the Mensheviks in the surrounding county(s) start going up against the Bolsheviks fleeing MPLS! They all deserve it and need to get it hard!
Quick. Abandon the station we wouldnt want to make the angry rioters angry, make sure to leave a bunch of goodies behind though. Idiots.
What evidence, maybe about a counterfeiting operation, was destroyed when the station was destroyed? Was that deliberate?
Wonder if he will be released without bail as St. Louis did for the looters, arsonists, and other violent offenders?
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least.
This is The U.S. attorney, in other words, the feds. This is Barr bringing federal charges.
I would disagree. County Sheriffs already have sovereignty over the county they were elected to. During the COVID lock downs, many Sheriffs nation wide said they won't enforce it. The Governors have said nothing about those remarks as far as I've read. I might have missed something.
Newsom CA, Whitmer MI, Cuomo NY, and others still in lock down would never send in State Troopers against those Sheriffs. That would explode into SHTF.
Soros is going around the U.S. buying D.A.s. This was one!
There were quite a few white guys there, according to the video I watched.

A lot of brothers,too.
Would you like to bet that they are unable to locate a single one of them?
From my understanding, the city had planned or made preparations to possibly have to leave in the station early that day and claims to have removed evidence, computers Early in the day before they all actually left that evening. No idea if that is actually true or not.
Definitely looks like a Bernie Bro. Skinny, pasty, white boy, looks about 12.
That would be inviting the sharia police to fill the vacuum in the hood, like they are doing in Europe. Let us police our own according to our own customs. One of the classic steps to Islamic rule. You think they havent thought this through? BLM is allied with CAIR. This is coming from Minneapolis.
Agreed
