Yes, and that’s helped considerably - but there are many more he can’t waive or eliminate because they are idiot laws passed by and altered by Congress or the states.
For example, did you know that in some states if you emit water vapor - pure H2O, no contaminates, just water - as part of your business you are a ‘gross polluter’ and are regulated/fined like someone dumping PCBs or nuclear waste?
There’s environmental protection and then there’s stupidity; there are examples of this at every level from local to Federal.
