Surprising that Petraeus would stick his head up. I suspect he is virtue signaling for senile Joe's handlers to consider him for some juicy position in the Biden (spit) administration.

One comment struck me as interesting:

Once they get to removing the statues of the framers of the Constitution they will have succeeded in rationalizing the removal of any document written by the founders. This is why under Obama so much in the way of Fabrication and false hoods were written to attack Thomas Jefferson. His statues will now be targeted next.

Of course the Constitution is the true target of the cultural cleansing campaign. First statues then any pictorial representation and then documents.

Hm. Never mentioned this as a personal problem during his entire army career.

Gee, until now. Convenient.

I guess its just the in thing to do now.

This jerk was featured in the Grant series on the History channel recently.

Pandering ass is what he is.

Maybe if they’d wore blackface like Governor Northam, and posed for pictures with friends dressed in KKK outfits, their statues would be acceptable.

Sounds like Petraus hasn’t screwed a book author in a while.

This reminds me of General Ramsey Clark's nonsense that he worked his way through West Point when he ran for President. Petreaus is pandering to what he thinks is the mainstream view. Just like many Generals before him who had political aspirations, he is rather bad at it.

The sheep and the goats are separating themselves in plain view. The goats think they are heading for positions in the world order . . .perhaps a look at the Book of Revelation is in order for them. Are you hearing any of these democrats or leftist Republicans asking for prayer? Anyone not seeing what is going on is fooling themselves.

Their cause was wrong, but it’s also wrong to call them traitors. At the time, it wasn’t established that succession was not allowed. There was no precedent to draw upon. Suppose, when the Constitution was being formed, the southern states had been told that, once in/always in, no matter what. They most likely never would have joined the union, there would have been no civil war, and slavery could have lasted another 40 years.

This is from a once proud native of Georgia whose nickname at West Point was “Peaches.”

It’s a mad dash to the finish line to see which White virtue-signaler can be the wokest of them all. The winner gets the Brees Peace Prize.

Will they remove Patton’s Statue at West Point, because his Grandfather served in the Confederate Army?

Why do Demoncrats always want to sanitize their history of being “traitors”, slave owners, segregationists, etc.? Why not leave them for history’s sake?

From Wiki
“Petraeus was born in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York”
Says it all.

Remove him from history books too.

Robert E. Lee was a man of much greater honor than David Petraeus. If he was a traitor, so was George Washington for rebelling against King George. Lee did as much or more than any other Southerner to try to heal the divide between the South and the North after the war. During the war he did what he considered his duty.

Should we now quit referring to President George Washington as the “Father of our country” ? Should we remove his face from our money? Should Washington state change its name to Sambos? Perhaps Washington DC could be renamed Fried Chicken. Washington owned slaves at one time.

Yes, all of what I posted above was ridiculous but all this race crap is just as ridiculous.

I am not a racist and never have been, but there are some Blacks and their damn helpers that better pray that people like me don’t change our minds.
