What goes unsaid is that city funding for the arts [derived from ALL taxpayers, of course] shall fund ONLY those artists who kiss our authoritarian Auntie Faaa asses and NO funding shall go to historical artists, realists, commercial artists, or any artist whose political and or religious beliefs sre not first approved by Auntie Faaa.
