At best this will be contested in PA Commonwealth Court and take 6 months to a year to adjudicate; then the decision deferred pending a PA Supreme Court decision. 18 month to 2 year process.

This will become really public and nothing is better for Trump than having a demonRAT gubbernor taking a group of congress critters to court, with the fight being about open for business or shut down and licking the boots of the gubbernor.
This will ensure a Trump victory in PA and I don't care that there are 800,000 more demonRATs in PA than pubbies.
Many demonRATs have voted for Trump and I know will do it again.
Remember, Trump is for fracking, Biden is for a green new deal.

Who gave government these powers to begin with? It shouldn’t be after the fact, but never have gotten there.
Now, like in New Orleans after they confiscated peoples fire arms years past (Katrina), they will say, “Oh, we’re sorry, we shouldn’t have done that.” But they will retain the powers to do it again and these sort of things will continue to happen.
The real issue is what powers government has today. What powers they have given themselves at state and federal level with 15 various agencies that write regulations which impact the common man and he must follow under threat of the law, but which never went through a legislative process.
6 of the 9 PA Supreme Court “justices” are hard core leftest.
They were the ones who ORDERED the legislature (we the people) to revise the congressional districts to favor democrats. When the legislature balked at the unconstitutional order, the leftest Court just unilaterally created it’s own congressional boundaries.
All of them should have been impeached and executed for treason, but they got away with it.
