I’m all for this lawsuit, but I think Mayor Bowser should also be charged with vandalizing public property at taxpayer expense.
She should be required to pay for the removal of that offensive vandalism at her own expense.
Crash a car into one of those buildings and blame the highway dept.
She shouls also pay for the original painting. She ordered it & she has no such power, IIRC.
