The Oregon Supreme Court but I assume an effort can be made to go to the US Supreme Court? I know no guarantees.

LOL! Now that's plain juvenile attempting to frame my opinion as if my assertions were a claim of fact.

Sort of like you calling everyone that doesn't agree with you wimpy traitors huh?

Very few of them would actually act if it came to that

No less than Rush Limbaugh noted the same thin a couple weeks ago. He said that all the things we said we would go to war over is happening in the street right now and yet we aren’t going to war. He is right. The President will have to call on the people or it won't happen may not happen even if he does. There is no guarantee that the military is even in his command. I see open rebellion fro top brass and nothing is happening to them. He opposes changing fort names, his brass want them changed and so do the RINOs in the Senate.

We are in far worse trouble than we allow ourselves to think, because it is unthinkable.

I know no guarantees.

You can say that again. They still haven't upheld the Presidents cancellation of DACA and that would clearly be a Constitutional violation is the upheld Obama's EO over the Presidents.

Wow, that logic is like trying to follow a single spaghetti noodle through a whole plate. Thanks for explaining it. I read the decision ... twice and still didn’t get it. I am no lawyer but do read a lot of legal opinions regarding financial / security regulations so I do have some background but this was just .... weird.

Again, thanks for explaining.

That’s your inference. Nowhere did I call someone out that doesn’t agree with... wimpy traitors. No, I implied/suggested that a person who’s opinion clearly criticized other freepers ‘chest-pounders’ that their words would not be followed up by actions. And that he himself would stand-down in the event of government/mob aggression. I countered his opinion with an opinion, suggesting he sounded more the wimp then those he criticized.

Again, have a nice day.
