Since Chaz/CHOP has a sign that says, now leaving the USA, they should be subject to a 14-day quarantine if choosing to re-enter the USA.
Since Chaz/CHOP is such a successful no cop co-op, the city should bring in all the homeless from the city so they too can partake of porta potties and free burritos and candy. And they can play with chalk and draw pictures in return.
And while they’re at it, Chaz/CHOP should put their effort where their mouths are, and dispatch teams to the various now-evacuated to Chaz/CHOP homeless camps and clean them up so that flowers can once again grow unfettered. Although playing dodgeball and blowing bubbles while wandering aimlessly around in between brainwashing sessions, is so much less stressful than actually accomplishing something.
I might be a bit worried about TB breaking out in Chaz, and how health authorities will handle this.
