A policeman shot him last night as he was running away. He was passed out, presumably drunk or high, in a Wendy’s drive through lane and resisted arrest.

He was drunk, fell asleep at a Wendy's take out, cops arrived after being called, he failed a breathalyzer, then resisted arrest. He took a taser from an officer, pointed at him and the officer shot.

The loser wrestled a taser gun from a cop and tried to shoot the officer with it.

The Mayor describes a justified shooting, but then fires everyone involved.

They are not going to show the video to anybody if they can help it. Everyone seeing the video (except for the willfully blind) will understand that this was justified.

"I do not believe that this was a justified use of deadly force and have called for the immediate termination of the officer,” Bottoms said. Wrong.

Taking and shoot an officer with his tazer makes him unable to protect himself. The bad guy could grab his gun and kill him with it.

If they take your tazer, kill them.

Someone should use Bottoms as a demonstation of how it works.
