What we might see though is less want to go to police academy and some cops end up doing security work. If my son wanted to be a cop I would counsel him not to bother

For many already on the job, true.

However, going forward, any Caucasian even remotely thinking of getting into law enforcement in the historically liberal cities, should not think twice about it....they should think 3 and 4 times about it and their family and friends...if they loved them, would discourage it with all their conviction.
