So what he was drunk? He ran away and then abruptly stopped in the dark turned with something in his hand..Could have been a 9MM oh just let him go?

Arrest him tomorrow, he just stole the taser and possibly tazed the officer and you just said go get him tomorrow, oh okay buddy boy, here’s your soy milk

Seriously? So DUI and resisting arrest is ok for black people but whites or anyone else gets arrested and goes to jail? Or perhaps everyone gets a shot at escape; the cops have to let you run away if you can break free?

Right there, you've lost any semblance of reasonableness.

Just arrest the drunk behind the wheel tomorrow?

You clearly have never lost anyone to DUI, or have never witnessed the horrific scene of a DUI accident.

Leaving a drunk driver alone, to wake up who knows when and drive anywhere so that you can "arrest him tomorrow" is brainless.

Every day, almost 30 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes — that's one person every 50 minutes.
