“EXACTLY. This is the damned problem! How does a drunk dude asleep in his car get shot dead in the back by police? It should NEVER happen. There was no problem before they arrived”

They would not have arrived if someone hadn’t called saying there was a problem. Like a black out drunk / druggies car blocking Wendy’s from being able to provide for there customers. Did he deserve to die most likely not. But had no one done anything like make the original call and this clown comes too drives off and kills a family in his car would you feel better about the situation.

So block off his car and TALK to him. Jeez. When I was young there was a drunk dude yelling at people in a McDonalds, and then fell asleep in a booth. The responding officer laughed about it and said to "let him sleep it off". About 20 min later the guy roused and the cop sat down across from him for like 30 min and ended up issuing a citation and giving the guy a ride home.

Don't be so quick to support trigger-happy cops who these days immediately feel the right to use deadly force -- and routinely murder people's dogs just for barking (another insane NEW development that NEVER happened years ago)
