Yes he CHOSE the death penalty he chose it by his behavior just like some of the other black quote victims on quote who decide they’re going to tangle with another person that has a gun if you decide to attack fight a person who is carrying a weapon you might just get killed that’s simple.

Your argument that “decisions” cannot be made under the influence of mind altering drugs or alcohol does not sit with the court.

And he most likely chose to put himself in that condition. Making poor decisions, and their consequences, is a consequence of his past choices to get drunk and not ensure he wouldn't drive.
