“So what? He was just a drunk. Arrest him tomorrow.”
THAT, is your EXACTE statement that I quoted.
Your a fool, and a dangerous one at that, if you believe drunk drivers should be left alone ... behind the wheel ... in a public place accessed by public roads.
A person, every 50 minutes dies due to DUI’s.
And according to you, no biggie. It’s so much a no big deal that they should be left alone and dealt with the next day. That’s what YOU said by that very statement. How many would it take before you think it warrants police intervention? One person being killed every 30 minutes? Every 10 minutes?
Totally reckless. Your a clear and present danger to society if you think that way.

Again, he is ON FOOT! Read.
Again read your own statement:
"So what? He was just a drunk. Arrest him tomorrow."
He was INITIALLY BEHIND THE WHEEL when the police arrived.
Right?
Hello?
He wasn't running anywhere, when the police arrived.
Right?
Unless you think he was sober when he arrived in the drive through, then got drunk on the spot...he DROVE AROUND DRUNK, as in DUI, then passed out DRUNK in his vehicle in PUBLIC...behind the wheel.
Got it?
You think the police should arrive, then STAND AROUND AND WAIT until the DRUNK wakes up? Then arrest him? You can't possibly think that's a reasonable thing to do.
Reckless, as I said.
