I think Biden was pandering when he answered a question in an interview, or maybe one of the Dem debates, when he said he would definitely select a black female as VP.
I’m guessing many of his campaign staffers thought about just slashing their wrists.
Now, his staffers are really stuck because there are no viable black female candidates.
