Gov. Cuomo’s New York: 250 Inmates Freed from Prison Rearrested 450 Times

At least 250 convicted and accused criminals freed from New York’s Rikers Island prison have been rearrested 450 times thanks to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) jailbreak directive.

New York Police Department (NYPD) data reported by NBC New York’s Melissa Russo reveals that since Cuomo issued a statewide order demanding jails and prisons release inmates to abide by social distancing measures in late March, at least 250 inmates from Rikers Island have been rearrested.

The Nursing Home killer continually reopens the prison gates...

And who’s surprised by this?

The infamous appellation the “Nursing Home Killer” should always be attached to Andrew Cuomo, permanently. This is correct and just, because he is fully, singularly, and personally responsible for the deaths of thousands of senior citizen nursing home patients in the State of New York. Nothing can change this, and he should never escape that fact. Jeffery Epstein will forever be known as the “Pedophile Billionaire” and so Cuomo will forever be known as the “Nursing Home Killer”.

When you subsidize crime, you get more of it.

Makes me glad I don’t work in New York State Corrections anymore. I thought his father was bad to work for. The son is far worse. Many New York State Correctional officers ended up being infected with the virus, because the State never stopped transferring inmates out of Rikers, and other city lockups during the lockdown. The virus was brought with them from the city, and distributed to the various prisons across the state they were transferred to. The State is required to take custody of inmates once they have been sentenced, and are fined if they are not transferred within a specific time. Why wasn’t that stopped during the lockdown? If Cuomo was continuing to move inmates around the State, I don’t understand what the need was to release inmates from jails and prisons. Like his nursing home fiasco, he was sending infected inmates from the city, who then passed the virus on to healthy staff and inmates in prisons across the State.

And who’s surprised by this?

I'm surprised one of them wasn't killed by a cop before Floyd was so that Cuomo would have had the honor of the riots starting in his town instead of simply being a reactionary State.

Is Bubba Clinton having nostalgic thoughts about Communist prison releases?

” After the demonstrators got outside the gate, they tried to race up Arkansas Rte. 22 to nearby Baring, but were turned back by state troopers, who beat them with billy clubs. Several troopers swung their night-sticks like baseball bats, getting a good grip with both hands and swinging from the heels.”

Those who live work and pay taxes in the city are the inmates and criminals, the real inmates and criminals are their friends. Like PD the correction officers are abused daily the gangs run the show thanks to these two idiots Heard the same murderous antics in the nursing homes also happened in hospitals, placing covid patients with non covid patients causing thier deaths. How convenient that he recently passed legislation in his budget to protect himself from any liability that may come about from the decisions he makes a governor

The NY-RNC better be collecting all of this information for the next election. There needs to be a massive ad campaign that hammers his failures in handing convict releases, corona, the economy, and coddling terrorists like antifa and blm.

Apparently NYS isn’t bleeding law-abiding, tax-paying citizens fast enough for Gov. Nero.

Sure it does. Their headquarters is right next to the albino unicorn farm.

When you have the top republican of the party (Dean Skelos) endorse Cuomo, you know there is no real republican party establishment in NY. They are just democrats with an R next to their name. If a real conservative republican ever ran for office, they would squash it quickly.

And IIRC, he did it from jail - along with his son. That "trumps" anything a rat could do :)

There is no functioning NYS GOP party.

Cuomo’s a slimy bastard, even more slimy than his old man. What goes around, comes around, and he will get his one day. If not in this life, then the next, when he gets to meet his Maker.
