Hard to justify any bans on large gatherings when the protests are permitted. Government cannot distinguish between types of permitted speech. SCOTUS will have egg on its face from the earlier ruling on church gatherings.

Patriots are reminded that the states have given Congress the express 14A power to make penal laws to discourage activist state officials from favoring special interest groups.
