I don’t called that talented. A talented actor can play a variety of parts and be believable in all of them. All he can do is play an idiot. In other words, he plays himself. That is not talent.

He can play dumb and he can play cheesey. He is not known for much else. This means he cannot fake (er... “act”) serious drama or even intellectual gravitas.
