My Irish ancestors came before the Civil War. I guess we need to repent for those ancestors who fought and died in the war to abolish slavery. Do the blacks in Africa who sold their neighbors into slavery owe me a shoe shine? If not for those black slavers this country wouldn’t be dealing with the burden of supporting most of the rioting BLM scum and the generations of worthless black welfare bums.

Since collective guilt is evidently the in thing these days, you ought to sue the UK for how they handled the Great Famine. As I’m sure you know, the British government behaved terribly.
