Notably, she pressed the issue of “right to return,” an idea that in this context would encourage or require hiring managers to give employees furloughed or laid off during COVID closures the right of refusal to reclaim their jobs before they get offered to anyone else.

This woman has never been elected to anything. She was appointed to her GA House seat and rose to be the GA House Majority Leader. But she did not run an actual campaign and win an election.

I hope this backfires on her when former restaurant workers on unemployment realize that the offers of rehire Abrams advocates would end their state unemployment and $600 a week federal bonuses.
