There will also be an outer perimeter for this rally for the first time. I think this will keep people who are strictly there to disrupt away from the arena. And away from Trump supporters who are there to have a good time being with other conservatives and to support President Trump. These people should not have to be harassed.
Maybe part of the reason for the curfew which made the very early attendees leave the area near the arena was to install some kind of an outer perimeter. I don’t know if it’s going to be defended by a fence or the National Guard or what but the streets are closed for several blocks in each direction.
