there was more than 6k there..that area held 19K and the entire floor and first level was packed. There had to be at least 12k

Surely you mean 16,610...and that was a couple hours before it actually began...I saw a video of a pan and most seats were taken except for a couple areas that appeared to have been covered up...and not one camera panned the place during the last hour which indicates we would have seen what is effectively, a full house.
