At this point, we have to assume that ALL of these reports are false flags planted by ANTIFA-like operators, intended to sow division everywhere they can.
They know that NASCAR is one of the few sports running live, so it's natural that someone would target it for the negative publicity. They'd do it to the PGA, too, except that pro golf is a much more exclusive event that takes place in locales inaccessible to ANTIFA thugs.

So many reports of nooses, and they always turn out to be BS. Some drama queen finds a piece of rope somewhere and immediately calls a press conference. The percentage of people today who would even know how to tie a noose must be vanishingly small.
