He probably put it there himself, so he could bring attention to himself and make himself look like a victim. If that is the case, he should be banned from NASCAR and charged with a “hate crime”.

I want to see the surveillance video of all the people in and out of his garage during the time it could have been left there for him to see.
Those garages are definitely watched by cams.
