I was thinking I read that somewhere that was it. I expect the new coronavirus to do the same thing. The vitamin treatment is the best prevention to avoid it too.
I take C with zinc daily and try to eat foods with natural vitamins. I am rarely sick. I think I am doing better since the restaurants close down or at least I feel better from the home diet.

I keep preaching that all the time. I’ve been “religious” with every day doses of all except Zink which I just added a few days ago. I haven’t had a cold in years, and no other sickness either. There is a misunderstanding about vitamins. Too many people will take the for about a week and then declare that they “tried taking vitamins” and they didn’t work. It takes at least a month or two before you begin to feel the difference. Get faithful and make those vitamins medicine that you dare not forget to take.
