Cultural Revolution: New Lenin Statue Erected (in Germany) as Washington, Jefferson, and More Fall (in USA)

A statue of Bolshevik communist despot Vladimir Lenin has been erected in Germany– as statues of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and other historic figures are torn down in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the wider West.

Lenin, born Vladimir Ulyanov, was the inaugural leader of what later became the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), or Soviet Union, after his Bolshevik faction failed to win a democratic majority in the All-Russian Constituent Assembly but came out on top in the brutal civil war which they plunged the Russian Empire into in 1917.

Despite posing as a champion of national and ethnic minorities and their right to self-determination in the early period of his revolution, factions which attempted to govern themselves autonomously in the Ukraine were ruthlessly crushed, and he later invaded neighbouring countries such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Poland.

Nevertheless, the long-dead foreign dictator is being honoured in the German city of Gelsenkirchen with a statue, a 1950s relic of the former Soviet vassal state of Czechoslovakia — even as statues of historic Westerners are being torn down across the world amind the now-global Black Lives Matter unrest.

What is it with communists and their love of mass murderers?

Oh that's it, they want to be like Seattle with their (approximately) 20 foot tall statue of Lenin?

Heck, next thing you know, we will put up more statues of Lenin, and add in Stalin, Chairman Mao, and Karl Marx too.

I love the sign in the background with all the occult symbology. Seems appropriate somehow.

If Biden wins, these statues will be popping up like dandelions in the Spring in cities throughout the land. All pretenses will be tossed aside.

They “kill” statues instead of us. WHen they think they can get away with it, they will try with us also. Stay armed, be ready.

We are in a pre-genocidal society. One of the marks is an effort to completely eradicate a targeted culture.

Those are two different forces at work. The veneration of Marx is different from the emotional destruction we see in America. It is like men who deliberately urinate on the outside of and around public toilets. Go into the bathroom at any gas station and you know what I am talking about and why they keep them locked. Men when they are anonymous will piss all over just about anything. The destruction of statues is essentially men pissing.

Well, why not? That would be the "politically correct" thing to do.

By the way, the last paragraph below, explains how the communist revolutionary courts deal with those who don't buy in totally to the communist party line - a couple of minutes for your trial and then a swift execution, or maybe the gulag.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Ever wonder where, when, who and in what context the terminology "politically correct" was first used?

[If you can find an earlier use of “politically correct” or (“politically incorrect”) I’d love to know the details.]

The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression

The Dirty War, page 99

In February 1919, after the general advance of the Bolsheviks into Ukraine and southern Russia, the first detachment of the Red Army penetrated the Cossack territories along the Don. At the outset the Bolsheviks took measures to destroy everything that made the Cossacks a separate group: their land was confiscated and redistributed among Russian colonizers or local peasants who did not have Cossack status; they were ordered, on pain of death, to surrender all their arms (historically, as the traditional frontier soldiers of the Russian empire, all Cossacks had a right to bear arms); and all Cossack administrative assemblies were immediately dissolved.

All these measures were part of the preestablished de-Cossackization plan approved in a secret resolution of the Bolshevik Party's Central Committee on 24 January 1919: "In view of the experiences of the civil war against the Cossacks, we must recognize as the only politically correct measure massive terror and a merciless fight against the rich Cossacks, who must be exterminated and physically disposed of, down to the last man." 34

In practice, as acknowledged by Reingold, the president of the Revolutionary Committee of the Don, who was entrusted with imposing Bolshevik rule in the Cossack territories, "what was carried out instead against the Cossacks was an indiscriminate policy of massive extermination." 35 From mid- February to mid-March 1919, Bolshevik detachments executed more than 8,000 Cossacks. 36 In each stanitsa (Cossack village) revolutionary courts passed summary judgments in a matter of minutes, and whole lists of suspects were condemned to death, generally for "counterrevolutionary behavior." In the face of this relentless destruction, the Cossacks had no choice but to revolt.

Socialism is a virus that comes in waves.
It will eventually kill its host if there are preexisting conditions…like ignorance.

The Russians (remember them?) had the good sense to change the name of Leningrad back to St. Petersburg after communism was disbanded. The Germans, and quite a few Americans, seem to be going in the opposite direction.
