Does anybody know: do the tasers used here fire 3 times before a reload? I was told (read) that it is a 2 shot weapon.
A jury of objective “peers” will be hard to find in the neighbor-HOOD.
Charge him with a Federal crime and remove to Texas, where he might get a fair trial.

They were dealing with a violent armed criminal who fired a weapon at him, all caught on video.
There is no case here.
Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office declared the manner of death a homicide.
If he cooperates with the prosecution and testifies, he might as well find a new occupation.

Why did it take so long?
This is an invalid prosecution, fueled by political motives. The cop is innocent.
Rayshard got the officers Taset and fired at the officer. The real question is.
What if he had gotten the officers gun. Would he have killed one of officer or both ?
Would BLM and all these people bitching about a convicted felon being killed be upset about two dead police officers.
It’s more likely that they would celebrate it.
If I was a juror my vote would be “not guilty”...on *all* charges.
I just hope here aren’t any White jury nullifications...
If he had a concussion, I don’t see how he can be held accountable for what happened next even if it WAS wrong.
I appreciate this cop and I think his shoot was appropriate and lawful, but if I were in his shoes, I wouldn’t be optimistic about a fair jury in his city, or state.
I was just talking to an officer. He told me when a taser is fired there is a loud ‘report’ and flash just like a firearm.
