The language problem eventually solves itself. The English speakers are much more useful asking how you like your steak done, or is there anything else you need. All the programmers can talk Hindi to each other.

Except I’m a business analyst. I have to communicate with both the business and the programmers. And because of all the Indian dialects they come from, the one common language they have is English. Bad english.

And my job is to communicate with both sides. :(

I’m 66 and my father died two days ago. I’m seriously thinking of retiring. Now. I just found out I can get unemployment even though I’m getting SS. I also just finished my 30x60 garage/mancave. I fully expect to be doing projects that I choose to do, and that can bring in some money if I really need it. I may just retire and milk this system for all the cash I can get and get out of the daily stress of this communication mess.
