So a black millionaire in Kentucky would get free healthcare, while a white, working-class family would have to pay for their own health insurance.

Isn't this discriminatory policy a direct violation of the 14th amendment? (not that the constitution matters when you are virtue signaling)

In a sane world; this would not survive a court challenge.

True, but they need to actually do it before they can be prosecuted. So let them pass the bill, then put them in prison, one bigot liberal at a time.

But if the prosecutor or judge is also a liberal, no one goes to prison. See how important blackmailing judges and prosecutors is?
