One must ask, “Why was Flynn put under a gag order after filing a guilty plea?”
What happens, upon dismissal when that gag order is lifted?
Can Sullivan dismiss and then “seal” the case, further extending the gag-order?
Finally, what is it that Flynn COULD say that has so many itching to keep him quiet.

who would file the appeal? The Judge is not a party, he has no standing.

What standing does the judge have for an appeal? He's not a party in the case.
