BREAKING: Newly Released Strzok Notes Implicate Obama and Biden DIRECTLY Ordering Sham Flynn Investigation
The Justice Department released Peter Strzok notes from 1/4/2017 regarding the Flynn-Kislyak calls.
Last month it was revealed 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden was in a January 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting discussing General Flynn’s phone calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak with Obama, Yates, Comey, Rice and Brennan.
Now we know that Obama and Biden were directly involved in the sham Flynn investigation.
Strzok’s newly released notes also suggest the secret Oval Office meeting on January 5 was the reason the Flynn investigation was not closed.
The Strzok notes show then-Vice President Joe Biden wanted to invoke the Logan Act against General Mike Flynn.
Strzok also noted that Obama DIRECTLY ordered an investigation into Flynn, saying “Have the right people on the case.”
Then-FBI Director James Comey said the calls between Flynn and Kislyak “appear legit” but they went ahead with the hit job against Flynn.
“Strzok’s notes believed to be of January 4, 2017, reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden and apparently Susan Rice discussed the transcripts of Flynn’s calls and how to proceed against him.”

We wait on Sullivan to grant the DoJ’s request to drop the case against Flynn. Then Trump and Barr can use Biden’s comment to open up an investigation into whether a coup was staged.

Soebarkah knew there was no criminal basis but ordered it to proceed anyway...making it a political decision. Meaning, this became both a political persecution && prosecution.
Bagpipe Barr is on record saying that Obama, Biden, et. al. won’t be prosecuted. Because that would turn us into a Banana Republic or something. Only little fish going down here.

Nothing will happen with any of this.
As a pretext to invoke a charge against LTG Flynn, Biden is either so ignorant not to know, or pretends not to know that one against whom the Act could be invoked would have to be a private citizen acting without appropriate government authorization.
As President-Elect's NSA-designate, LTG was anything but a private citizen. He was acting under the auspices of Trump's authority. Through the custom, tradition, and many documents, presidential transition has long allowed for such people as Flynn to be paid and viewed as government employees long before Inauguration Day.
So, where do you lay claim, Joe? Stupidity, venality or simply a coup conspirator?
Whatever it takes to keep up the illusion that Obama was a legitimate President despite not being a natural born citizen is what they will do, even if they have to cover up all of the crimes and let every one go.

It should be over. However, it's clear that they tyrant in a black robe Sullivan, who thinks he's the prosecutor now, has 3 potential delay tactics. None of which should happen, but they are...
1. Go ahead with his previously scheduled hearing set for July 16 on the Justice Department’s move to abandon the prosecution.
2. The full appeals court has not said whether it will review the panel decision. He could ask for/wait for that to happen.
3. Any decision made by the full appeals court could then be challenged in the SCOTUS.
The decision does not bring the case to an immediate end, according to Stephen Vladeck, a professor at the University of Texas School of Law and a seasoned Supreme Court litigator. If Sullivan chooses to, he can ask the D.C. Circuit to rehear the case "en banc," or before all 12 active judges. The court can also decide to rehear the case if a majority of the judges vote to do so. Any decision by the full circuit court could then be appealed to the Supreme Court."The dispute may be between a judge and DOJ, but the rules are the same," Vladeck told CBS News.
If history is any indicator...the Flynn case isn't over just yet.

yep, but you know Trump continually harping on Clinton during the 2016 campaign that she was crooked took its toll.
Trump will do the same to Biden.
And...........nothing will be done. It will run its course as a story then fall into the sea of forgetfulness, never to be remembered again.

Which is why release of this Strzok note now is so intriguing. DOJ seems to be telegraphing the fact that there’s more where this came from if he wants to play games.
