Is there any law which specifically states he can’t become VP under Biden? Not that current law prevented him from holding the highest office in the land with only a forged BC.
I would guess the Lying Kenyan Fraud can’t be VP because if Biden is incapacitated (how would we TELL the difference from now?) he would then become pResident again.
But I’m not sure.
