Well, Hussein was “in the loop” apparently but judging by the notes, he certainly wasn’t directing anything. His role in the White House was always that of an amiable stooge.
Following VJ’s instructions, the amiable stooge is now directing his communitarian mobs to destroy the country, to cover up his administration’s crimes.
Whether obama/biden took an active role in all this, they knew it was going on and did nothing to stop it. So they are complicit.

He gave instructions to get this done and told the people at the meeting to “see that the right people are on this”
Strozk (sp) is on the record as saying to his girlfriend that “The president wants to be informed every step of the way”
If that isn’t “directing” that I would like to know your definition.
