Don’t see why the appellate Court couldn’t dismiss the charges for SillyMan

Seems that way. But we have a chance to salvage the rule of law and history shall not judge kindly those who attempted to corrupt our country’s institutions. There will be no statues of these corrupt evil people to be erected, only to be spray painted and torn down in the future. Their humiliation will be similar to Alger Hiss’ - no one to defend the lies once dead and gone.
