Please provide contemporaneous evidence that he lied. The FBI claims the original FD-302s, where it is said they did not believe he lied, are missing. Only the altered FD-302s have been located, including alterations to Pientka’s FD-302 without his involvement (reportedly).
Flynn got in trouble because the FBI *CLAIMED* he lied.
No one, including Flynn so far, is claiming that he didn't lie.
Only that the lie wasn't material to a legitimate investigation.
