IT'S PLEA DEALS, WAITING 28+ YRS FOR THE DEATH PENALTY TO BE CARRIED OUT, you hurt, missing your 8 yr old daughter who was RAPED/KILLED. DNA PROOF. Still stuck at State level. Can't move on because if this BIO-WEAPON, RIOTS, justice has nothing to do with color of your skin. CRAPPY LAWS.
