Before this scamdemic, you only saw doctors and nurses wear them in surgery or performing surgical type procedures and the patient didn’t wear a mask. If they were dealing with a patient carrying a possible dangerous infectious agent they would be in full hazmat suits. They weren’t treating Ebola patients with simple masks nor did they slap a mask on the patients they were dealing with.
I wear N95...stocked up on them in January.
I only wear one when required. My current one has skulls on it but I’ve been trying to find one with Bring Out Your Dead on it.
Okay, so the masks are effective at stopping transmission by infected doctors, but they only work on doctors and nurses? Is that what you’re saying?
While shopping sans mask (gasp) at Wally World, I was told by a masked lemming, "I wear a mask for your protection!" I immediately replied, "You are not responsible for my health, and I refuse to be responsible for yours." The stunned look on the 1/2 face looking at me was priceless.
What would we be beating?
A virus that approaches a zero mortality rate among the healthy under 60?
A charade that was procured to destroy Trump economically and stop his rallies?
A plan put into action by China/soros/obama/deep state/dems and the rest of their cabal and pushed by the msm?
We need to clarify what we’d be “beating”.
Because this virus is a joke as far as pandemics go.
And unless a cop has a gun to my head I’m not wearing a mask, unless I suddenly decide to start performing surgeries :)

You shouldn’t. The protesters mess up that count. An d a mask is not the answer to “defeating” this illness.
It is a virus. In an article put out by John Hopkins early this month, they state the virus is transmitted by respiratory droplets and by fomite (clothing, utensils. etc..) Virus found in respiratory secretions and saliva was the predominant source of transmission.
When you consider that a virus is so small, and there are no filters that can stop it, any mask short of scba is a joke. If through natural breathing, saliva gets on the cloth or paper mask you are using, and you cough, sneeze, or turn your head rapidly, you are expelling the virus. It is recorded by the CDC that an unabated sneeze can travel through mist over 8 feet. Again quoting the CDC: other manners of spread is by asymptomatic infected people simply breathing, talking, yelling or singing. These activities aerosolize virus, creating airborne virus particles – also called droplet nuclei – that are so tiny they can float around in the air for three hours. Coughing and sneezing produce larger water and virus-borne droplets, as well as producing aerosolized virus. So mask or no, it is going to be expelled through the mask.

False, and absurdly so, unless the mask has an exhalation valve. The filtration media has very little directionality in terms of filtration efficiency.
The mask thing is about to really ramp up.
They are telling us the virus is dangerous. Masks don’t change things much given the way people misuse them constantly.
I just stay away from people as much as possible. It’s not hard. I can still do most of the things I want to do.
Not going to happen - I will not wear a mask. States are setting hard-core prisoners free - are they going to arrest we who refuse to wear a mask?
Wrap yourself up all you want, but you can not make me comply. Not when the BLM turds don’t have to.
Because it’s obviously BS unless all 11% live within a 30 mile of my house. Masks are worthless however distancing is effective but 3 to 5 feet is fine.
I’ll tell you what, I am from the States, even though I’ve been overseas for a while.
My wife and I still wear a mask outdoors (in public) now, we are on our fifth month.
