Interesting. The author of the article believes it may be lowered immune response to the virus from pesticides, etc since these two counties are big agricultural areas. My point is Inslee doesn't care to find out what is the problem.

Living right herein Sunnyside, 40 miles east of Yakima, white folks are the minority. The city is more than 70% Hispanic and a goodly portion of those are illegal. The only thing that seems to be shutdown in town are the schools and looks like everything else is business as usual. But that being said we are an agricultural area and that is an essential business and jobs.

The Hispanics like to congregate and don’t practice social distancing. Every store you go into is packed as they find it necessary to akawys take the whole family. I was so thankful when Costco went to 2/cart.

A lot of non-illegals rent out every space they can to the “migrants” and charge $500/rent for a single bed and some place do have 15-20 stacked in like cord wood.
