I still think Mitt is entertaining the idea of a coup to get Trump to step aside for him, and asking other Republicans to help him. I think they are behind this recent slump in Trump’s approval ratings for that very purpose.

The only problem with that scenario is that Romney would get fewer votes today than he got in 2012.
If anything, I would expect him to push BIDEN out of the way. He’d have a much better chance of winning that way.
