This is the correct way to handle the riots and mayhem. Crimes were committed. Handle them in the judicial system.
This way we’ll get to hear these mutts spout their philosophy of life in open court, as well as show contempt for the judge and the jury.

How else he gonna get his money? (who remembers that one?) Something to do with "how my kid gonna get money to buy his school clothes" ? I'm not sure.
The one I remember is that woman yelling "who's gonna feed these chirren?" because welfare payments were delayed in some city, can't remember which.
