On Fridays broadcast of the Fox News Channels Ingraham Angle, acting Deputy Homeland Security Secretary Ken Cuccinelli stated that President Trumps executive order on monuments has put withholding federal dollars from local governments that are not enforcing the law firmly on the table.
Cuccinelli said, Whether its Washington, D.C., or cities all around the country, youve seen federal reinforcements playing a role, whether its surveillance that theyre sharing with state and local law enforcement, or whether theyre taking the responsibility on themselves. So, when you go beyond that to some of the federal dollars at stake, you obviously bring a whole new side of this into play, and I can tell you, as a former state legislator, if you want to get state legislators and governors attentions, talk to them about their pocketbooks. And when theyre busy not enforcing the law, thats something that is legitimate to bring into play, and President Trump has put it firmly on the table.
He later added that there have been enormous numbers of arrests and there are a large number of federal investigations going on right now, following up on the violence youve seen, the destruction youve seen.

Absolutely! They should not get one thin dime of our money if they do not enforce the law and uphold the constitution ! Also we need to stop giving any federal money to universities who have Marxist/ communist/ socialist professors. We can allow them to have free speech, but we dont have to fund it with our tax dollars. Let them go broke. If greet cut a lot of worthless womens studies and other useless degree programs they might be able to survive.
We will end the sanctuary cities that have resulted in so many needless deaths. Cities that refuse to cooperate with federal authorities will not receive taxpayer dollars, and we will work with Congress to pass legislation to protect those jurisdictions that do assist federal authorities.Multiple federal judges have found Section 1373 to be unconstitutional (federal, state or local government entities or officials may not prohibit or restrict the exchange of information with federal immigration officers regarding the citizenship or immigration status of any individual). A judge in one of the cases against the Justice Department also said that local jurisdictions' decision not to assist federal immigration officers is not an obstacle to that immigration enforcement effort. Overall, courts have said that the administration cannot place conditions on the grants.
We know how the multitudes of judges will come down on this EO.
Dead on arrival, already tried with sanctuary cities.
maybe defund and cancel all ebt cards... might as well just get it all over with so we can all go back to normal again...
So all is lost, right? I think he could do it. Or at least try it, because that would show hes serious about it. No more passivity!
NO MONEY UNTIL WE ARE SATISFIED!
