Every case dismissed is a retroactively effective deputization of the individual as an agent of the state.
These state agents, acting unlawfully, did do violence to property, to persons and to symbols of heritage.
The state’s attorney is guilty of treason and maladministration and should be declared an instigator of insurrection. Trump needs to go full Lincoln on these people.

She wants Baltimore to be a haven to diseases like Tuberculosis and Collera.
She yearns for the days when people were filthy and living on the streets in your own excrement was not exceptional.

State’s Attorney office in Baltimore often bargains away gun charges to get a guilty plea on the underlying crime. Now she asked for many of those to be vacated. Brilliant.
