What specifically is a “Federal Monument”? Are not memorials and graves of Confederate soldiers protected, as well? I seem to recall that the is a law to that effect.
PDJT has said that many times in other situations. Judges overrule him. They NEVER cut Federal funding. Nothing will happen.
