Graham Lloyd, 37, a social worker from Portland, Maine, said officers kicked over a grill where people had been making lunch. He said he saw a young black man slammed to the ground by police. Officers were using their bikes as shields to force their way through.

In the video the police are standing around outside the fence, while the hooligans are within the fence tryign to topple the statue with ropes. There are a lot more than four miscreants. Why aren’t the police arresting them?
Don’t social workers have better things to do, like removing children from their loving parents based on false allegations of abuse?

If so, did taxpayers foot the bill for his trip with paid vacation? Did his understanding boss, another public employee, give the perp time off to riot?
BTW, Maine has a 14 day self-quarantine or negative WuFlu test within 72 hours requirement for visitors, but Lloyd can risk exposure by participating in a riot then come back and put his clients at increased risk?!
Or will taxpayers up there be paying him to sit on his butt and self-quarantine for 2 weeks?!
