So both Wray and Barr had to do something to make it look like they are doing something when they really are not.
The FBI has got a ton of work to make themselves look like FBI agents, and less like Strzk look a likes.
The feds can only round up and charge federal crimes. In our town we had 30 looters charged. Only 1 of them was charged with a federal crime of inciting a riot via the internet. The local DA lowered the boom on the people for the state charges. No catch and release here.
